- सम्पति स्वमित्व हस्तान्तरणको लागि बैंकले पत्रचार नगर्दा सम्मको अवस्थामा ऋणीले सम्पूर्ण रकम बुझाएमा लिलाम सम्बन्धि सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया रद्द गरि धरौटी रकम फिर्ता गर्न सकिनेछ ।
