- बोलपत्र खोल्दा बोलपत्रदाता वा निजको आधिकारीक प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित हुनु पर्नेछ, तर बोलपत्रदाताको अनुपस्थितिको कारणले मात्र बोलपत्र खोल्न बाधा पुग्ने छैन ।
- बोलपत्रमा आंफूले सकार गरि लिन चाहेको सम्पत्ती के कति रकममा सकार गरी लिन चाहेको हो सो कुरा अंक तथा अक्षरमा स्पष्ट रुपमा लेखिएको हुनु पर्नेछ र कबुल गरेको रकमको १० प्रतिशतले हुन आउने रकम यस बैंकको नाममा खिचिएको ड्राफ्ट, पेमेन्ट अर्डर वा नगद जम्मा भौचर समेत शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र साथ समावेश गरी पेश गर्नु पर्नेछ ।
- बोलपत्र स्वीकृत नभई धरौटी फिर्ता गरिंदा धरौटी रकममा कुनै किसिमको व्याज प्रदान गरिने छैन ।

- विक्रिमा सकार गरेको अचल सम्पत्तीको स्वामित्व हस्तान्तरण सम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण कर शुल्क लिलाम सकार गर्ने व्यक्ति, फर्म, कम्पनी वा संस्था स्वयंले व्यहोर्नु पर्नेछ ।
- बोलपत्र स्वीकृत गर्ने वा नगर्ने वा पुनः नेगोशिएट गरी वा बढाबढ गराई विक्रि गर्ने वा पुनः बोलपत्र माग गरी लिलाम विक्री गर्न सक्ने जस्ता बोलपत्र सम्बन्धि सवै अन्तिम निर्णय गर्ने अधिकार बैंकमा सुरक्षित रहने छ ।
- सम्पति स्वमित्व हस्तान्तरणको लागि बैंकले पत्रचार नगर्दा सम्मको अवस्थामा ऋणीले सम्पूर्ण रकम बुझाएमा लिलाम सम्बन्धि सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया रद्द गरि धरौटी रकम फिर्ता गर्न सकिनेछ ।
